What is FITNESSENTIALS?

A one-on-one in-home personal training service for women,
serving the Winston-Salem and Clemmons, North Carolina Areas. Our mission is to help women achieve and maintain their fitness goals. At FITNESSENTIALS, we design affordable workout programs to fit the needs of the individual. With one-on-one training we can dedicate our full attention to you and your needs.


What is the first step?
You receive a free consultation, which consists of a fitness assessment and workout plan.


What exercises are included?

We incorporate exercises that focus on all major muscle groups. In each session we will perform 2 or 3 exercises for each muscle group. The muscle groups consist of legs, chest, back, biceps, triceps, shoulders and abdominals.


What levels of workout do you offer?

Beginner to advanced.



What is expected outside of our regular workout sessions?


Proper balanced diet, consumption of 10 glasses of water per day and 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at least 3 times a week. Walking is a great form of cardiovascular exercise.

How long is each session and where is each session performed?

Each session is 45 minutes to 75 minutes based on need. The sessions are performed in the comfort of your own home.



What equipment is required?

I require that you have an exercise mat, a set of 3 lb. weights, 5 lb. weights and 10 lb. weights. I provide all other equipment.




What are your credentials?

I am certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) to perform one-on-one Personal Training. I have a certification from the National Dance Exercise Instructor Training Association (NDEITA) and I am certified in Lifestyle and Weight Management by ACE (American Council on Exercise). I am also the 1st Place Winner of the 1997 Junior State Women's Body Building Competition for the state of North Carolina in my division.
More importantly, I have a passion for improving women's health.

 


Who can benefit from in-home personal training?

New mothers and stay at home moms, women who dislike the health club atmosphere, women who seek privacy during their workouts or women whose schedules make going to the gym inconvenient.

 

What are your rates?
 
$50 per session or $450 for 10 sessions paid in advance (must attend at least 1 session per week)
